NEWS AND ARTICLES | MAY 2nd 2010 - Almost one year on from launching the "Angel Breaths" Campaign and WIRF is thrilled to have purchased two High Frequency Jet Ventilators for King Edward Memorial Hospital. Little Kaylee is the first baby in WA to breathe tiny angel breaths (see Sunday Times article). The research behind Jet Ventilation in neonates was performed by Prof Jane Pillow through the Women and Infants Research Foundation and The University of Western Australia. WIRF would like to convey special thanks to everyone who supoprted the "Angel Breaths" campaign - United Community Foundation, ABN Foundation, Moulin family, Stoney family, Musbah Family and many others for their generous contributions.
